What are the importance of the elements which are in plants & animals?

I'm assuming that by elements, you mean the elements in the periodic table. In that case, the elements form complex compounds in plants and animals which are essential to their survival.

For example, sugars like glucose are used to provide energy which is used for various activities in plants and animals, especially active transport.
