Both are forms of asexual reproduction in which the parent cell divides into two identical daughter cells.

    Nucleus.

The parent cell lacks nucleus in binary fission. But the parent cells has Nucleus in mitosis.

    Spindles.

Binary fission lacks spindles and chromatides during division. Therefore faster than mitosis.

mitosis has spindle apparatus, relatively slower.
