How was the evolution of plant and animal eukaryotic cells from prokaryotic cells.

The prokaryotic cells could synthesize food for their own. Then over years they evoluted to become eukaryotic cells. These cells were different from prokaryotic cells. Then those cells too evoluted to become fungi. Then those became plants and then furthur amimals, who could not synthesize their own food
