Yes experiencing a muscle fatigue is a way for the body to maintain the body temperature because whensoever the body is running out of breath because of exercise then the oxygen requirement of the body is 15-20 times more because of this there is a increase in body temperature and as a result of this body starts sweating and this sweating results in cooling down the body temperature. This process of regulating the body temperature is called homeostasis. Muscle fatigue is caused due to deposition of lactic acid in muscles that leads to pain in muscles and this is caused when anaerobic respiration starts due to lack of oxygen.
