Option A. Infections caused by increased wastes in the body would take over healthy cells.

The immune system will be overpowered by the arising infectious organism because the excretory system broken down already. The healthy cells can still fight but they will be outnumbered due to arising infectious organism.

Even though, there will still be reinforcement that might come up but still they cannot win because the excretory system malfunctions already. Something went wrong so it cannot work properly and normally. When it will happen soon, some system will be terminated.
