A nurse assesses wound evicsceration in a client that had abdominal surgery. in what position should the nurse place the client?

    The nurse should let the patient lie down on his back, or what is called the supine position. This would make sure that there is no gravity acting on the wound of the patient and that no pressure is added to the wound which would make the problem worse.
