    The answer is apple juice.

Among the choices, apple juice is not acid-producing. Anything acidic can worsen the symptoms of a hiatal hernia. Citrus foods and drinks should be avoided, this means orange juice is out of the question. Carbonated drinks like colas and ginger ale are also not advisable because they can cause stomach bloating. Although ginger is known to reduce acid production in the stomach, most commercial ginger ales contain a lot of sugar and are carbonated.
