Which cell would be able to supply itself most efficiently with nutrients diffusing in from the outside a large cell or a small cell? why?

The cells with the small size have the surface area and volume that are proportional to each other such that this aids with the efficiency of the cell's absorption of nutrients and defecation process of the wastes. Hence, the small dimensions of cells is more efficient than the large ones.
