    The peroxisomes.

    Explanation:

    Basically, the peroxisomes are membrane bound organelle present in the cytoplasm of the cells. It contains enzymes which are responsible for various metabolic reactions. It also involves in the process of specific biomolecules oxidation.

    Peroxisomal matrix proteins have mostly short sequence of three amino acids present at carboxy tail of protein which are called peroxisomal targeting signal (PTS) for example SKL (serine-lysine-leucine) sequence.

    So, the best expected location of hexokinase is peroxisomes.
