How does low body temperature affect the bloods ability to carry dissolved oxygen?

    The higher the body temperature, the less will the body be able to carry dissolved oxygen. Imagine working out and being really sweaty. You're sweating because your body is heating up and you need to cool down. But at the same time as you're sweating, your pulse has also gone up. It has gone up because you need more oxygen for your muscles to work. To obtain homeostatic functioning you need a higher pulse which will transfer more oxygen as it would otherwise, at a lower temperature.
