Answer:Examples: If the Selection Rate is 30%, and the weight of the trait is 0.5, then genotypes with a value of 0.85 (=1 - 0.3 * 0.5) or higher for the trait will be selected. If the culling rate is 30%, and the weight is - 0.6, then genotypes of a value of 0.18 ( = 0.3 * 0.6) or lower will be selected.
