A client with pneumonia has a temperature of 102.6° f (39.2° c), is diaphoretic, and has a productive cough. the client is able to ambulate. what should the nurse do?

    The nurse should check to see if the patient is hydrated or not. Recheck temperature and blood pressure. If patient is dehydrated an IV drip should be started. Nurse should monitor temperature hourly.
