The horse I think cause it can pull you is a carriage you can ride it and still get meat and it can carry more weight than a cow can.

To be honest, a cow. Because they give us one delicious drink, milk. Something I can dip my cookies in. And also because I can relate to one, being lazy all day and eat when I'm bored.
