What type of epithelial tissue is specialized to stretch repeatedly without damage?

    The answer to this question would be: transisional epithelium.

    Transitional epithelium can be found in an organ like the bladder that needs protection but also needs elasticity as they are repeatedly stretched. In transitional epithelium. Normal epithelium wouldn't have such elasticity as they are used to protection so their structure is more rigid.
