    At the mid-oceanic ridge

    Explanation:

The mid-oceanic ridge is the geological landforms that are formed in the divergent plate boundary. It is a ridge that is formed hen the magma from the subsurface is erupted at the seafloor, giving rise to the formation of a ridge which is known as the mid-oceanic ridge. The rocks that are formed at this spreading center represent the geologically youngest rocks (crust) on earth as these are the freshly formed rocks. The age of the rocks increases as one goes away from this spreading center.
