Often when a person is trying to become healthier, they will look for food labeled "fat free" or "low fat." However, taken to an extreme, a low-fat diet could hinder some body functions. Describe the functions of lipids and how a complete lack of lipids in the diet could affect body functions.

    Well lipids are quick fat and energy so if you don't have any lipids then you wouldn't have any quickly accessible fat while doing day to day stuff
