The coloration of Adelie penguins is very simple compared to some of their more colorful cousins. Their coloration could also be compared to that of some predatory fish (for example, the great white shark). Develop a logical argument for how they are similar and why this is beneficial.

    To avoid predators, animals often camouflage. It is an animal adaptation in order to protect themselves from predators. Adelie penguins' predators are white sharks and they have developed coloration similar to the white sharks. That way white sharks will hardly distinguish them from other sharks.
