    C. says the frontal lobes interpret the body's reaction.

    Explanation:

The Schachter-Singer theory of emotion was created by Stanley Schachter and Jerome E. Singer. They were researchers and they established the theory as being a two factored one.

They noticed that for a physiological or bodily change to occur there must be an event which triggers it. The change is then interpreted by the body through the frontal lobes and emotion is then experienced.
