Cellular Respiration is an essential for plants and photosynthetic organisms because the products of one system are the reactants of the other. Cellular Respiration is the process by which the chemical energy of food molecules is released, this requires glucose which is released through photosynthesis.

Cellular repiration is improtant for plants and other photosynthesizing oganisms because the cycle of photosinthsis along witht he cycle of resperation preserves the balance of O2 and Co2. Photosinthasis provides and replances the O2 that is being used up by the organisum during the resperation process. And the reason why Co2 is produced during the resperation proscess is because it is one of the reactents plants and some organisum must have inorder to preform photosinthasis.
