Cardiovascular exercise is important, after a prolonged break in physical activity, it is recommended to do between 30 and 45 minutes of moderate cardiovascular activity, between three and five days a week. You can also alternate low and high density workouts every day. The important thing is to allow the trained muscles to recover.
