Could produce steel that was strong and cheap which could be used to make skyscrapers and bridges

Steel that is strong but cheap could be used for bridges and skyscrapers because for something needed to be so dependable, it would of had to go through extensive quality control. And the steel producer would have to prove it can hold up and explain why it's cheap.
