Hotter objects radiate more total energy per unit area than do colder objects. The hottest radiating bodies produce the shortest wavelengths of maximum radiation.

Objects that are good absorbers of radiation are good reflectors as well.

    Explanation: Every substance on the earth either absorbs energy or reflects energy.

    Generally the light colored substances reflects energy (sunlight) and the dark colored substance absorbs energy.

    So, the substances that are good absorber of energy cannot be good reflectors of energy.

    So, option D is not true.
