    Viscosity is defined as the resistance to flow. The viscosity of magma highly depends on the composition of the magma. It is said that the higher the silica content, the higher the viscosity. The lower the silica content, the lower the viscosity.

    Among the three, basalt has the lowest silica content and that would mean that its' viscosity is the lowest among the given.
