If a toxin blocked an organisms ability to undergo transcription, what else would the cell not be able to do?

    The cell would be unable to create proteins

    Explanation:

    Transcription is the process by the DNA is read by RNA polymerase to create mRNA. The mRNA is then used by ribosomes to create proteins by recruiting respective amino acids that correspond to the codon sequence on the mRNA (in a process called translation).
