A patient tells a nurse, "my urine output is lower even after increasing my fluid intake." what does the nurse suspect is the reason behind the patient's condition?

    The nurse thinks that there is an increased production of the antidiuretic hormone. The antidiuretic hormone is supposed to conserve water in the body by limiting the loss of water in urine. It also regulates the amount of water in the blood.
