What happens to an enzyme when exposed to heat. How is this similar to what happened to crayons?

    An enzymes optimum temperature is around 37 degrees like human body. If the temperature from the heat goes anything beyond this, the enzyme will feature. This is similar to crayons as enzymes shape will change when it denatures, just like how crayons melt when heated.
