    mRNA plays a role in transcription of DNA to copy the DNA sequence to be transported out the the nucleus for transcription

    tRNA plays a role in translation of mRNA. tRNA carries an amino acid corresponding to its anticodon sequence.

    rRNA plays a role in the ribosomes to synthesize proteins from mRNA by incorporating tRNA amino acids and mRNA sequence.
