    In case of carbon cycle, the decomposers adds nutrients back into the soil which is converted into fossil fuels after many years.

    The organic compounds is converted into coal and other forms of fossils fuels under tremendous pressure inside the earth.

    The bacteria feeds on dead plants and animals which is converted into fossil fuel that is used by people for energy.
