Failure of separation of a homologous pair of chromosome during meiosis I occurs during Anaphase I.

If a homologous pair of chromosomes fails to separate during anaphase I of meiosis I, the all the chromosomes might get wound up in 1 cell and might result in having 2 daughter cells with homologous chromosome while the other 2 daughter cells without any chromosome.
