Humans are a diploid species. What does this say about their chromosomes?

    Have homologous chromosomes. Diploid organisms are those that possess two set of chromosomes in their cell. Each set of chromosomes is termed as homologous chromosome where one chromosome is inherited from father and other one is inherited from mother
