    Alpine tundra is a region at very high elevation where there is no vegetation due to worst climatic conditions at high altitude. There is no proper vegetation ans small shrubs and bushes can be found there. It include perennial herbs such as grasses, sedges, and low woody or semi-woody shrubs. Some bryophytes and lichens can also be found there. As tundra alpine is located at varied locations of the earth, different kinds of fauna are located at different regions such as mountain goat, marmot, kea, pika, yak, etc
