A postpartum patient tells the nurse, "my baby does not pass soft stools every day." which instruction should the nurse give the patient?

    The reason why new born doesn’t not pass soft stool it’s because the newly born is being fed by formula. Formula contains lower whey that doesn’t formulate soft stool. High ration of whey can give easy digestion, that is why breast milk is advice to be given to infants.
