    Answer;

    B. Jumping rope

    Explanation;

    Jumping rope is not an anaerobic exercise but an aerobic exercise.

    Anaerobic exercise is a form of high intensity exercise that increase the oxygen debt. However since the muscles require oxygen to maintain prolonged exertion, anaerobic exercises can only last for short periods of time.

    The most likely and probably answer would be D. none of the above.

    Aerobic exercises involve the regular intake of oxygen while doing the activity. Anaerobic exercises, on the other hand, involve the absence of oxygen while doing the activity. Sprinting and push-ups are considered to be anaerobic exercises. Jumping rope, on the other hand, is one of the activities considered to be neither aerobic or anaerobic. The reason for this is that jumping rope and the other activities that is considered to be neither is that they tend to switch from aerobic to anaerobic and/or vice-versa.
