What is the minimum uv wavelength level needed for penetration into the dermis?

    The answer to this question would be: 300nm

    There are 3 kinds of UV light : UVA, UVB, and UVC. Those light have a different length varies from UVC with the shortest and UVA the longest. To penetrate deeper part of the skin, you will need a longer length. That is why UVA is having the highest capability to penetrate the dermis and become the most damaging UV light.
