    In the epidermal layers of forearm, the needle will first pass in the corneum, which is the outer layer of the skin that we see. Next is granulosom, where no nutrients will reach them but they are still living. Third is spinosum which is spiny in nature that they interlock together to form a support layer. Lastly, is the basale where it is the basement membrane of the dermis.
