    Because it contains both antigen a and b. With both, it doesn't need to create antibodies to defeat antigen a or b.

    Because the blood has both the A and B antigen.

    Explanation:

    This means that if the blood produced an A antibody or a B antibody, the body would attack the antigens in its own blood.
