The parent of a child with hemophilia asks the nurse, "if my son hurts himself, is it all right if i give him two baby aspirins?" what is the best response by the nurse?

    No, a hemophiliac should not have aspirin. Aspirin is a blood thinner and hemophilia is a condition in which the person has trouble clotting. When you combine hemophilia and a blood thinner, if the person was to cut themselves they might not be able to stop the bleeding and could die from a very minor injury.
