    Explanation:

    The end product of the coagulation cascade is the formation of thrombin, basically it is the collection of the soluble proteins which act as together in the cascade of activation of enzymes. And when these factor are activated each other it is called as the clotting cascade and it is insoluble plasma protein. Thrombin are based on the principle of enzymes and activates the pro coagulant factors.
