    Answer and Explanation

The ionic bonds are formed by the attraction of oppositely charged ions by electrostatic force. The ionic bonds formed by the movement of electrons from metal atoms to nonmetal atom to stabilize their electron arrangement. The human body contains elements like oxygen, carbon, hydrogen etc are also breaking and making up through a chemical bond that is ionic bonds. The ionic bonds are stronger than the covalent bonds.

The ionic bond is formed through the transfer of electrons from the metal atoms to the non-metal atoms. The metal atoms lose their valence electrons to achieve a stable noble gas electron arrangement.
