    Answer and Explanation:

The term biology is derived from two Greek words-bios and - logos where bios means life and logos means knowledge. Biology is therefore the study of living things. Science is knowledge about structure and behavior of the natural world based on facts that can be proved by experiments therefore making biology a science and not art history. Art is subjective while science is objective. Art expresses knowledge, most often in the form of subjective representation, while science is the system of acquiring knowledge.
