Answer: offspring of organisms that reproduce sexually are not genetically identical to their parents because the offsprings inherited half of their total DNA from each parent.

Explanation: During sexual reproduction, offsprings are produced by a combination of genetic material from both parents. Each parent contributes half of the offspring's total DNA because during fertilization, a sperm cell from the father fuses with an egg from the mother to form a zygote which develops into an offspring.

A genetical identical offspring can only be produced from one parent through asexual means in which the offsprings inherits all of its total DNA from one parent and looks exactly like the parent. But in sexual reproduction, offsprings are not genetically identical to the parents because the offsprings are a combination of the genetic material from both parents.

The offspring of organisms that is reproduce through sexually are not genetically identical to their parents because the offspring contains genes from two parents.

    Explanation:

Identical offspring is only formed when offspring is produced from one parent through asexual reproduction such as building, binary fission and fragmentation. In sexual reproduction, offspring is produced by the mating of two organisms i. e. male and female organism. That's why genes of offspring are different from their parents and offspring is not identical to parents.
