In what way does a sunburn impair the body's ability to defend itself?

    Your Skin is the first barrier to disease in our body's. Most sunburns produce a first degree burn to the first layer of skin the epidermis. With the skin being damaged due to sunburn, its easier for viruses / bacteria to slip underneath and enter the body
