    Clinical sign is most indicative of a scaphoid fracture is the localized tenderness in the anatomical snuffbox. A scaphoid (navicular) fracture is a break in one of the small bones of the wrist. Most often after a fall onto an outstretched hand it occurs the type of fracture.
