    Yes, the golgi bodies of the plant cells synthesize a complex carbohydrate. This fiber is known as cellulose.

    The golgi bodies are present in all the eukaryotic organisms' cells. their primary function is to process and then bundle the proteins and the lipids.

    The golgi apparatus of the plant cells also synthesize the cellulose. the cellulose is a mjor constituent of the cell walls of the plants and is insoluble in water. It is composed of the monomers of the glucose.
