Scorpions are born live, two at a time, and they immediately crawl onto the motherÍs back for protection and care. They remain there for 2 weeks as they grow big enough to take care of themselves. As baby scorpions grow larger, which process occurs in their body cells?

Mitosis separates one cell into four cells.

Cells divide by mitosis.

Meiosis produces all of the new body cells.

As baby scorpions grow larger, the process which occurs in their body cells is definitely that mitosis makes copies of the cell nuclei. You should remember that even though mitosis divides cell nuclei it usually does not make two daughter cells. I think it's pretty clear. Regards!
