According to recent research 2 out of 3 adults are overweight or struggle with obesity which is 70.2% of the population. Another 32.5% are considered to have obesity or struggle with being overweight. About 7.7% have what is considered to be extreme obesity, while at least 37.7% of the population are overweight.
