In Figure 33-6, what structure is labeled A? What is the role of the delicate network of capillaries that surrounds them?

    I believe that A is the aveoli, they're covered in capillaries since they are the sites that carbon dioxide and oxygen diffuse in and out of the blood. Though you might wanna re word it.
