If you were aware of the amount of guanine and adenine in a cell how would you determine how much cytosine and thymine there is in that cell

    Since guanine - cytosine and adenine - thymine are are always paired in the DNA, the amount of cytosine is approximately the same as guanine and the amount of thymine is approximately the same as adenine
