    Well it depends on the sequence of the amino acids that are forming the protein.

    Proteins are (long polymers of aminoacid) composed of many amino acids. These amino acids are linked by peptide bond.

    These protein chain further coils to form complex structures, that is - - primary, secondary, tertiary ... structures.
