    Active genital herpes infection.

    Explanation:

Genital herpis may be transmitted from infected person to the non infected person through the sexual contact. The condition is marked by the painful blisters on the genital area.

The oxytocin drug induction cannot be used in case of the active genital herpes infection. The oxytocin can be used in the case of hypertension associated with pregnancy, chorioamnionitis and in case of post term pregnancy as well.

Thus, the answer is active genital herpes infection.
